Founded in 2005, AKT has launched a diverse portfolio of businesses and has become a full-service provider of print and digital media services.

Born in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, in 1986, Tchekmeian put his talents to good use over the years to become an accomplished, young businessman. He has been honored as one of the “Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25” by Business Week and was also recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as one of 2010’s “Top 40 Under 40,” which spotlights 40 of the region’s top young business and civic leaders each year. Tchekmeian also contributed to Chicken Soup for the Soul’s “Extraordinary Young Teens” edition, which offers business and life advice from Tchekmeian, as well as other noted young entrepreneurs.

Tchekmeian strives to give back to the music community that has nurtured AKT Enterprises for many years with Give Them Wings to Fly, the organization he established in 2005. Give Them Wings to Fly provides young musicians and schools with instruments they could not otherwise afford. Tchekmeian also speaks frequently at schools and conventions on the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship at a young age.
